There are normally two meat dishes on offer, one will normally be a beef dish & the other chicken. There will also be a non-meat option available. You get a starter of some kind on the tray (could be a fruit cocktail / small salad), bread roll and butter and a pre-packed desert from the likes of Gu. There is also a small piece of cheese and two crackers.

In economy, the meal service carts start at the front & back and work towards the middle - so bare this in mind when choosing seats if you cant to be guaranteed your meal choice. Sit in the middle and you could end up with whatever meal choice is left.

The crew do monitor which meal choices run out first and report this back on the paperwork & meal loadings do get altered if one option on the menu is proving way more popular.

Can someone please tell me what you get with the kids meal compared to an adults meal. Thinking of changing the kids meals to adult meals so the kids can get sausages and mash.

To be honest I would be more than happy with a packed lunch. Just get them to bring drinks around.

We always takes sandwiches and snacks with us from MandS .
Especially after last time they forgot to serve about four rows in the middle of the plane, they started about two rows in front of us and didn't come back so we had premium economy meals, we were lucky - some ended up with what was left from the economy selection
