Not sure which would be the best use of a FP in terms of queues but having been on all 3 of those unless you have a frozen obsessed child with you personally I’d go for Soarin or Test Track. They’re far better rides then Frozen IMO.

Test Track. It’s the most likely to go down of the three and you should get a return pass if that happens. Typically longer queues than Soarin as well due to the load capacity.

I don’t like Frozen so can’t really comment on it.

Really subjective as all 3 rides are very different.

We tend to choose Test Track, Soarin’ then Frozen.

We're all doing Test Track one day and on the other day 4 of us are doing Soarin' and two of us are doing Frozen. DS and GF don't rate Soarin' but she is a Frozen fan

Test Track. If you have a FP and it’s not running for your slot (which happens a lot) you will get a FP for use later. To do all three without queues the only easy answer is to go twice for rope drop. One day go straight to Frozen ride and other day go straight to Soarin or Test Track and FPP the other. A good plan is to do a rope drop day at Epcot for Frozen ride then move directly to AK on a none EH day with three FPP for there and no plan to ride the Pandora attractions. That will give you great AK access and tick Fozen ride off the list. To maximise this plan taxi or Uber between the two parks using International Gateway to get your car ride from the Beach Club.

Soarin’ And Test Track are amazing rides. Frozen is a “meh” ride. I’d never recommend queuing hours for it and would always choose the other two over it. Personally my favourite is Soarin’
