I originally emailed last night. Wish I'd called then now! Still on hold and no further reply to my latest email.

I phoned at 12 today and was told it was human error and that there was no deal,that I had to add on a sea world ticket.phoned back at 6 tonite and she said they had been in touch with sea world this afternoon who authorised the £23 with no add on's hence why I was told no earlier and yes tonite x
