I’m not against carrying your child so that they are around the same height as you but when they sit on the shoulders of their 6ft dad that’s just unfair. My son is 8 and my husband still has to pick him up or he wouldn’t see for exactly the above reason. My husband wouldn’t dream of putting him on his shoulders though, even though it would make it a lot easier for him!

There is just way too much pushing in front in general for the fireworks I think. I have got to the stage where I’ve worked out the best spots to stand in that make it harder for people to just push in front of us last minute (I mean seriously, what have things come to when you’re having to do that) 😂 Maybe I just need to go with the flow more

I would like a lot of the music in the communal areas turned off. You cannot get a nice quiet time, its always piped in from somewhere.
Went for a nice walk from Poly to GF - Music along the water front route.
DTD, Lovely bench looking over the water, should be lovely and tranquil , NO there was music, loud and funky.
Why do we have to have music everywhere?
Give us some peace PLEASE.

That would be amazing! A day at each park with no kids lol. I would definitely plan my holiday around those days

Ban social media from the parks. That would get rid of most of the crowds only there to take shots for Instagram. I'd make an exception for Tim Tracker though.

Failing that, they need to reduce capacity. Easiest way to do so would be to increase ticket prices. I'd happily pay twice the price if it guaranteed half the crowd.

I'm also on board with adults only day. But can we stretch it to over 30s? No offence to those in their 20s here, but I could also do without those college age groups as well as the younger kids.

Another vote to reduce the crowds. We then might consider going back.

We found it far worse last trip, DH was ready to explode (and we have no kids to worry about). This year in desperation I've booked the dessert party!
