Walt Disney World Price Increase

Walt Disney World ticket prices are going up. Disney has announced that all Walt Disney World tickets, including Annual Passes, will go up this Sunday, 3rd June 2012. For example, 1 day theme park ticket price is now $89 plus tax.

I don't know if uk tickets will be going up but just to let you know we ordered our tickets yesterday from American attractions direct and only paid a 10% deposit remainder has to be paid 4 weeks befor your departure or you can pay its off abit at a time. Free phone number and no credit card fees.

I've worked it out the Annual Passes we want to purchase have increased by $58 for a basic Annual Pass and $53 for a Premium. I'm going to buy ours today before the increase as I'm sure they don't become valid until they are activated and we go next month.

I'm a bit confused . I've just been looking on the Internet and all the articles I've read are for Disneyland California raising their prices! In fact the Telegraph article this morning specifically says Disneyworld Florida will not be affected by price rises. I thought prices usually went up in August anyway? I was going to buy MNSSHP & Discovery Cove fix today but don't know whether to get my MYW tax now!
