Virgin booked park ticket voucher
Hi
just in case anyone else booked their disney tickets with their holiday through virgin holidays like i did and just in case you are worried that you won't get them in time to book your fast passes as it says downloadable approx 30 days before travel.. we are 32 days out and the tickets became downloadable today, i have two days before i can book the fast passes, so i was worrying for nothing roll on august! |

We booked with virgin to go last April and 31 days out I hadn't heard anything. I phoned them and they emailed me all my documents over there and then so I could book all my fast passes.

Thanks for this, as I am worrying,
Did you get an email with a 12 digit reference? I have rang Virgin and they have really confused me. |

I was also panicking but got everything e - mailed through at 32 days.

That's good to know. I was slightly confused though as my tickets through Virgin are now showing on MDE and I'm still 90+ days out. Isn't that all you need? Maybe it's different because I'm staying onsite.

Hi all,
First post. Ive just this morning managed to link my hotel reservation to MDE for arrival 03/11/16, so really pleased with that. I am a bit concerned about the ticket reference, I've just done the online chat with Virgin Holidays and they said the booking reference will also work for the tickets but at 60 days from arrival. Howver the MDE site just doesnt accept the 7 digit booking ref in the ticket link page (it says it should be 10,12 etc digits long). Has anyone else had this? Do you eventually get a 12 digit number from virgin? Or did you need to ring the Disney helpline to do it? (ofcourse, i do have plenty of time to sort this all out) Thank you |

I have just downloaded my Virgin tickets but I don't know how to link them on the Disney Experience! Please can someone help me out? The Disney Reservation number doesn't work and neither does the 'Our Reservation'
