Alamo Guide (Accelerated Check-In & Skip The Counter - Updated)

Got my Alamo booking ref from TC ok AND managed to get on the STC page ok, but when doing the STC I’m not sure whether I should be accepting or declining the two protection options? I have the fully inclusive insurance with CDW, just don’t want to end up getting charged extra. Any help greatly appreciated

You don't need any extras

Booked through TUI into sanford. When i check my bookiing on TUI it just shows car hired no OLCI dies this become active nearer leave date? And can you get skip counter at sanford?

I've never flown into Sanford but as I understand it OLCI doesn't just happen you have to request it

In my case I was given an Alamo booking reference by VH which I them had to enter on the Alamo sure to get the document with the barcode on which allows me To skip the counter at MCO

I'm afraid there is no skip the counter at Sanford.

No STC at Sanford but you can still do OLCI which will speed things up at the counter. You will need your Alamo booking reference off TUI but they’ll probably only give it to you once you have paid the balance off. If you have then give them a ring and ask them for it.

Booked with a 3rd party, the "new tab and search for skip the counter" worked a treat for me!

Go to the check in page and check in again so it shows your details and while that page is open open another tab. Search for Alamo skip the counter in that tab and it should come on with your details in it.

I have managed to get a barcode though
