April/May 2020 change over day dilema

I am attempting to put some kind of Intinerary together for our trip since ADR day is looming, but here the issue -

(little background) We are doing 22 nights 11 at Universal surf side, 11 as CRS with upgraded DDP. In that order.

While at Surfside we have 14 day universal tickets, plus seaworld, Busch and aquatica We plan on visiting the last three once each and the rest of the time at universal. We are going to book a car for the last 3 days at surf side to drive to BG and utilise have the car to check out of surfside and into CRS and return to car at the car care thingy place

However, our change of hotel day is a Saturday (not sure why this is relevant) and I cannot decide what to plan that day, check out of surf side early in the morning do a bag drop at CRS and do a full Disney day, or do half universal half Disney day, have a rest day, go to the outlets what would you do on this day?

please send help

When we changed over from Universal to Disney earlier this year. We had a leisurely morning and go to Disney very late morning, had lunch and then went to the parks. We had been at Universal for a week and didn’t feel the need to go to the parks again on changeover day, I would imagine you would be ready for the change too.

Thanks this was really helpful! I haven't booked out any solid rest days just optional afternoons so the later start would probably be a welcome edition by that time! and in the small chance there is something we missed or wanted one last go on at the parks it always leaves the option open for us with no stressing about times and plans.
