DLP payment servers down

Have tried to pay for my holiday the last couple of days. A notice appears saying there servers are down.

Went online and a guest assistance helper said I would need to use the 08448 number. This will mean paying for this call and I guessed this might take some time if everybody is doing this.

Phoned Disney travel company and they cannot take payment and again gave the 08448 number. She also said that at time of phoning ( 3pm) there were 84 people in the queue and a wait of 100 minutes!
Any ideas on how to get a call back from DLP !

Do you mean Disneyland Paris direct? If so there's a call back button on the website. Get them to call you, they should either deal with the payment, or put you through to the right department. I imagine you'd still be in the queue, but not at your cost. Xx

I've seen loads of people with the same issue over on Twitter - one person waited over an hour before getting disconnected.

Apparently people are being advised to hold off contacting until the issue is resolved.

Search my post history, there is an 0330 number i posted. That one will be taken out of your mobile phone allowance, its the one i use for reservations too.

I think it is 03301231644 8 cant search at the moment as im on my mobile.

Thanks for the number. Got through this evening (eventually!) and got holiday paid. Can relax now and look forward to DLH.

This still seems to be an issue to the point I haven’t been able to pay my balance so chances I lost my deposit as I have now rebooked through WD travel company instead, I’ve emailed to DLP to say how unhappy I am and would like my deposit refunded as really not my fault when all I wanted to do was pay but I’m sure they will not refund it 😔
But at least I’m going! 😀

That sounds really stressful! I hope DLP refund you, definitely keep on fighting for it - it's through no fault of yours that you've had to take this action.
