Hi, how did you find SF? I've seen a few storiea recently (not here) about it feeling dangerous and lots of mess everywhere compared to a few years ago. Looking at a trip this summer but not sure whether to do west coast or stick to where we know in Orlando.

I was in SF 2017 then again last year and it didnt feel dangerous at all nor was there any mess. We stayed on the wharf and it was lovely. Dont know about downtown or others areas. I would go back again any time, just hotel prices are quite high so will give it another year. West coast is amazing but very different to Orlando. We prefer the west coast.
