National - What they like.
Hi all,
Just got a crazy deal with National via dfch for easter on a full size suv. £475 for 2 weeks. Not seen anything close to this as of yet.. Has anyone used them ? What they like etc... also do the do skip the counter like alamo? Cheers in advance |

Can't help as not used them but also interested. They're coming out far cheapest for our Vancouver/Washington state road trip next year but they seem not to include insurances in this price?

National is the sister company of Alamo and they share locations. They tend to cater more for the business market and as a rule of thumb have better vehicles.
I would jump at a National deal. As always for those who mention Insurance, make sure you book via a UK website and double check it's all included.

Not for us I don't think albeit I'm not an expert on them. I know frequent US renters get free upgrades etc.
My only experience is the Alamo Guys getting me a National car from next door when they were short. Both times it was brand new. Even the tires were freshly slicked! Edit. There are some perks but you have to be in the Emerald Club but that's only for US and Canadian residents
