Jolly time at Jolly Beach.

Location: Jolly Beach, Antigua
Date: 2nd June 2010

Well, in three weeks we are off to Antigua, flying Virgin with a brief stop-over in Barbados.

We are staying AI at the Jolly Beach Resort. We've been to Antigua before but stayed somewhere else but the JBR looked nice so let's hope it is.

Our plans are to sunbathe, swim, sleep, eat and drink copious amount of cocktails.

Oooh, also we will be renewing our vows on the beach on 10th June as we have been married for 25 years this year. So far plans are going well except for the fact that the dress I bought at Christmas is a little snugger than I would have liked and no amount of dieting and exercise seems to be making any difference. So my solution was to buy another dress, much to the disgust of DH Plan now is to take both and see which one fits on the day. Luckily they are both ivory so the gold flip flops and other bits I've bought will go with both.

Am still undecided whether to book a helicopter tour around the island as £600 for 40 minutes is quite a few spondooliks to part with but I haven't completely ruled it out yet

Will post a TR on our return with loads of embarrassing photos I would imagine.

What a lovely way to celebrate 25 years together Paula. I am sure you will look beautiful in whichever dress you decide to wear.
