MPB - Has anyone used these

So I’m looking to exchange my EOS2000d for an 850d.

My camera falls under what the describe as ‘like new’. Do I need to send original box, leads etc to get their full valuation. I can’t seem to see any clarification on their website

they are a good company and they offer a great service

the price they pay is about 60% of the value of the item which is understandable as they are a reseller

i have bought from them and sold to them over the years and i would say include the original box all the leads and the manuals that you have with the item you are selling

I have brought and sold from them a few times over the years, always found them easy to deal with and a good price offered for my used kit, although I do always keep the boxes plus all info that comes in the boxes and my kit is always looked after well so that may help
