He works for a grocery chain and a store had a major fridge issue so everything was CD going cheap
So I used the skin on bone in thighs toook the skin off bone out
And honestly it was actually better chicken was so moist and tender I’ll use them rather than breast meat in future

I was planning to make it last Sunday but Jacob has gone away for a few days so it was just me and Ben! I'm making it this weekend though. I'm also making a vegan version with pretend chicken for me so will update when Ive made it

Anyone want the 4 cheese shrimp tortilla Alfredo recipe she gave me I just use the shrimp bit as I haven’t yet sourced gluten free tortilla here it’s amazing with any gluten free pasta

My DIL uses the El Passo gluten free tortillas for our grandaughter, they are really soft and fluffy, she gets them at Asda
