I liked the location when we stayed there in 2022, our apartment not so much!
Not all the apartments are well maintained. We had a unit that was dirty, unkept and full of bugs. Do your homework and book with a reputable company or pay close attention to reviews on Airbnb or VRBO. Avoid Dealatrip because they use Casiola, if anything goes wrong you’ll be on your own. |

We've stayed a few times and booked through Sonder.
They have a few buildings in the smaller area near Publix and some other shops. In April a new pool had just opened and the bar area was nearly ready. We booked a superior 3 bedroom apartment and it was spacious and the balcony was massive. |

We are back next week for our 4th visit - previously with Millenium in 3 bed apartments this time with Cosy Casas in a town house. Location is great especially for Universal. We stayed in villa last year and just felt too far out. 3 bed luxury apartment you would have to check if they have a sofa bed as rooms from my recollection tend to be two doubles 1 twin.

We stayed there a couple of years ago. Booked with TUI. Location is really good for parks and amenities nearby. Apartment we got was quite tired and dark. We got a ground floor apt and first night there it was noisy with loads of people running about making noise (it was July but it was like spring break lol). Thankfully it was just one night and it didn’t go on too late.
Found the pool was always quite busy and wasn’t easy to get sunbeds with shade. 7/10 from my perspective, scores better based on the location. |

We’ve stayed at the Vista Cay since it opened in 2008 using Deal a trip , formerly Destination America every time ( around 25-30 times I’d guess ) and never had anything but great service. We’ve had the odd thing like the microwave going on the blink, the iron stopped working or one time the washing machine packed in. That’s over 25-30 visits and Casiola took care of everything immediately.
Be interested to know why you’ve came to that conclusion ? As far as I’m concerned that comment is crap |

We absolutely loved Vista Cay. We stayed on the quieter Bayside (next to Publix) and it was fabulous. We were on the 3rd floor and could see the Sea World fireworks perfectly, and even the WDW display in the distance. The pool was always half empty (in August) and there's a new pool this side too. I'm not sure how you envisage sharing the bedrooms? We had 2 large double rooms and a twin. But no extra beds in any of the rooms. Might be worth a thought...
We booked through this site vistacayorlando/ and got a fantastic service from Gary and his team. They even answered their phones when I called on a bank holiday as their office phone diverts to someone's mobile. I honestly couldnt recommend tgem enough. At VC, a lot of the apartments are privately owned... so they do vary in equipment and furnishings etc. A lot of the sites will use a 'show home' to advertise any villa in that category. But the above site uses pictures of each individual villa as it is. We would 100% stay there again 👍🏻 |

Heading there for the 3rd time next Saturday. Love the location and the size of the condos. Did book direct with Virgin Holidays and the condo was a bit run down.
