This sports forum is here for members to use to discuss sport topics in a friendly manner, it is not intended to be a typical sports forum where fans of differing teams tear chunks out of each other, wind up supporters of opposing teams or belittle other teams.

• If you want to participate in sports topics then please do so without wind ups, attacking other members or opposing teams.
  
• Please do not get involved in dedicated threads that relate to sports or specific teams that you do not like.
  
• Please do not make your comments personal against other members. Discuss the topic not the user.
  
• If you can’t keep things friendly then please take your comments to a dedicated sports site.

We don’t want to be moderating this forum full time just because some members can’t control themselves.

I’m writing this reminder in the hope that we can avoid having to remove access to this sports forum to individual members.
