DD is getting married next year so it's money for facials at her request.

We do secret Santa. We use a website that randomly picks a person, allocates it to another and hey presto your all set. We made a £100 limit per person so we only spend £100 each. The website allows you to add hints and tips for potential presents. You can also send silly jokes and messages to keep it all fun. I’ve got my son in law this year 😃

This is me, I can’t seem to accept they don’t need a sackful as they did when they were children. I’m really trying hard this year though as cash will be more useful to the older ones, and Georgia has Taylor Swift and Hamilton tickets from us so she’s had a good amount of money spent on her.

I still keep looking online and thinking a few more gifts won’t hurt though 🙄

My mum usually takes all 16 of us (me, siblings, and our kids) out for a show and a meal as a big joint family present... although we haven't decided where to go this year yet! 🙈

My older two get a new phone every other year but not on the same year if that makes sense. So my daughter is due a new phone this year and I get her old phone, next year my son gets a new phone and my husband gets his old one 🤩
My daughter is wanting some make up, perfume & boots
My middle son wants the new oculus, a few console games, clothes & Jordans, he gets discounts on footwear at work but Schuh don’t sell Jordans, typical 😩
I find young adult males really difficult to buy for so I am stumped for little surprises for my middle son 😬😬

John Lewis "Snapper" pyjamas this year. (They love Xmas pyjamas since we started the "tradition" when they were babies)

The merchandise is on the website now. The xmas advert is out, and funny, and the merch will no doubt sell out quickly.

My son is 21, I’m stumped this year really, I’ve got him an aftershave so far and that’s it ! The last two years we’ve bought him a canvas for his bedroom wall, Post Malone and Red Hot Chili Peppers. So I might get another canvas, they’re not expensive. And then apart from a few other bits like nice boxers, under armour top we just give money. But he earns more than his dad now lol so I want to think of something different really.
And my 25 yr old daughter is in Australia for a while so I’m sending a parcel over, but there’s a fair few restrictions on stuff really, so probably mostly money for her. Boring really 😬

Have bought DS22 a couple of new tops, aftershave and a concert ticket and will top up with some cash. He could afford to buy these himself but knows I like to give them something. DD19 at uni and has a very small list so will end up probably giving her more cash than presents but would rather that than just “for the sake of it presents”.

I am struggling too for my 3 adult children. I spend alot less now that they are adults. This year they all voted for spending just 30.00 on each other. I am already feeling guilty because there are always loads of presents under the tree and this year there wont be. They all get a stocking still first thing in the morning, then presents around the tree.
I also do them all a nice present for the dinner table and Im stuck on this for some of them. I want to spend the same on each so waiting for inspiration to hit me. So hard as you dont want to buy for the sake of it. Decided to think about it after my holiday!
