House Of The Dragon season 2

Episode 2 - I have in my memory that one of the things I liked about GoT (ignoring final season) was the layering of story lines - is it me or is this show not as good at doing that?

I find it very slow. The 1st season not much happened for large parts. Episode 1 was good but episode 2 nothing seemed to happen

Agree ep 2 is slow, hopefully setting the scene for an action packed ep 3

I thought episode 2 was great. I don't find it slow. I thought Aegon was really good in this episode and as for the twins!

The first season I haven’t finished it yet as I gave up when thought it was too slow. And I’m a huge GOT fan.

I thought Rhys Ifans was brilliant in tonight’s episode. I actually despise Otto Hightower, but his performance was great. I don’t think it’s slow as such, I think it’s all going to kick off in the next few episodes, my biggest critique is too much emphasis on a certain relationship.

My issue with it is I don’t like any of the characters not one of them is redeemable at least in GOT you had the starks. I wouldn’t have cared if they didn’t make another series. I will still watch it as there is hee haw else on

Yes, we had to look up a family tree to work out who was who and how they are related, hadn’t realised King Aegon? is married to his sister!
