For me, Everton (unless they gain some points back from their deduction) are the biggest concern having picked up only 3 points in 6 games….
4 of those 6 games for Everton have been against the current top 5 in the league. Not exactly the easiest run…

Whereas Forest have played 1 from the top 5, 2 mid table and 3 from the bottom half.

A little more behind it….

If Forest get a substantial point deduction (which they should) then they are in real trouble.

Still stick to my original post…. Said Luton have a bit too much. Burnley and Sheffield definitely down.

Palace now with the injuries could easily be brought further into it over the next 4-6 weeks.

But do agree then the points deductions could determine the fate of the small clubs Everton and Forest.

This is why I resurrected this thread because so much has changed

Indeed, 6 games makes a massive difference. I think the thing most can agree on is Sheffield are done and gone!

I think that is the only certainty

It’s pretty hard to judge the other two to go down, too many variables. Points deductions, form, quality!

Yup and when you go to the teams near the bottom if they have a few injuries the replacements are never PL
Standard

True. Transfers didn’t really help anyone either, Burnley maybe with Fofana ….? He was a January addition wasn’t he?

Palace - I think they have too much quality for the run they have especially with some of the younger front players.

Forest - Probably need to go down this year as if they spend next year in the EPL and survive again then they will be ready for a huge point deduction with the amount they have spent these past 2 years on some dross to be fair.

Luton - Some fight about them. Get results at home and I think they can stay up... close but be a massive achievement if they can.

Sheff united - Not very good at all.

Burnley - Same as Sheffield united. Think they will struggle majority of the season... Cannot see them pulling the plug on Kompany (and so they shouldn't).

Anyway, as we near the half way point then I would say Forest, Sheffield United and Burnley.
Again to revisit this post / thread... all my predictions right so far, albeit Hodgsons sad end to his managerial career as opposed to his P45.

Sheff United are gone...

Then it is 2 out of 3. I think Burnley have a little too much to do especially with their run in.

Luton have the easier run in out of the 3.

Still stand by that it will be Sheffield, Burnley and Forest.
