Completely agree . Would much rather be winning in one division than losing most weeks in the division above . For the likes of Luton and going back a while Blackpool who embraced the challenge with attacking football and who gave their supporters a likely one off experience fair enough , but the majority of other yoyo type clubs , championship would be the better option for me

What a day yesterday was. Right up there with the best football day of my life which was seeing us win 0-4 at Fratton. The nonsense about Leeds in our end was clearly that. We controlled the game yesterday really and were never really threatened until James came on.

You don’t beat a team three times in a season by accident and we thoroughly deserved promotion. Now to try and recover from what’s going to be a week long hangover 🔴⚪️

I’m sure pompeyboy will be the first to offer his congratulations, especially seeing as they’ve been ‘coming for us’ all season 😀

Are they different customers or the same customers but different attitude and less nice to staff because Leeds kept losing whilst in the PL

Well that was disappointing, but Leeds and playoffs just don't go well together 😂

Oh well, at least in the Championship with no VAR we can still celebrate goals without waiting for them to be checked first! Roll on June 26th when fixtures are out!

I also read that efl next season, before the first game, all games up to January we'll know which ones are on Sky, so at least we can plan without games being moved

Knowing those games in advance sounds a great idea

I am sure they used to this back at the start of the premier league, release all tv games to Xmas and the around November all the games till end of March and after that it was whoever they choose to the end of the season. I could be wrong though.
