Using top cash back for AT

Has anyone used Top cash back for booking through attraction tickets? I used it last week and still can’t see any suggestion on the app that I made a purchase through them. I know they don’t pay out until after a trip is completed, but I’d have thought it would at least show?

It’s my first time using them as I normally use Quidco

I used to Topcashback as well and booked through Disney.

I contacted TCB as it was not appearing and this was their response.

Your Missing Cashback Claim has been put 'On Ice', as the merchant in which you are claiming against imposes a validation period of 0 days.

Due to cancellation procedures for transactions involving accommodation, this claim will be put 'On-Ice' until the end of stay.

We will need to keep your claim on our system until this time period has elapsed from the date in which you have completed your transaction, thereafter it will be automatically released sent over as part of the next claim batch.

If you notice that your expected cashback tracks in the meantime, can you kindly close this claim as soon as possible using the button labelled 'Close this claim'.

It is a bit annoying as the only record of the transaction is listed on Clicks To Merchants. I usually use Quidco as well but TCB had a better rate. Looks like I have to wait a very long time. AT could be the same.

If it’s not showing as tracked after a week, you need to click on customer services then raise claim. Fill in the details and they will look into it.

As responses ...my claim was put " on ice". It did come through eventually. Do out in a claim to make sure if not showing in 7 days.
