This is the first Euro's I've missed since 2004. Absolutely loved following England away, but life has other priorities now for the next few years.

This game has been like one of the 3rd round FA Cup ties so far, where Manchester City take on a try hard non-league team!

Don't mean to be condescending but what were the Scottish fans actually expecting? If they could play England every game they'd look half decent but not one of that Scottish team (with the possible exception of Robertson) would get in the German squad, never mind the team. They have to hope Germany have an off day to nick a draw... they didn't have an off day.

Someone said Porteous let his side down... I actually feel he did them a favour as Germany played at half pace 2nd half. The game plan (quite rightly) was to try & keep it tight & nick a free kick/corner goal. They don't have the capacity to take a top team on (England apart) & once they went 2 down the only plan was to try & not get embarrassed.

Normally a team attack down the wings and get the ball into the box as most teams are defensive strong throughout the centre. Germany just ran through the middle time and time again, Scotland defence coach should be sacked as that was one of the worst defensive set up I have seen in a while. If Scotland don’t sort out there defence then this will be a short competition for them that will seem like a eternity.
