DJI Pocket 3

Just upgraded from pocket two to pocket three. The difference is massive. I particularly like the screen. Anyone else bought one?

yes we did. Just Vlogged our May trip. Brilliant camera. Never owned an Osmo before and have YT to thank from the dibb as he steered me onto to it.

I’m thinking of getting one for our September trip. We get the GoPro hero 12 for January but didn’t get much use out of it. I wanted to capture the holiday and my partner ran the Dopey challenge. But the GoPro just didn’t feel right for him and battery wasn’t good (not sure if our settings were wrong). So I’m thinking of the osmo pocket 3 more subtle too to have in pocket

I carried it around in my shorts pocket on many occasions. Really is a great camera

I noticed more and more of the vloggers I follow are using it. The pocket two was great but 3 is so much better.

I like the idea of the Intra 360 X4 - it records in 360 degrees in 4k and later in the edit you pick the "view" you want - no need to point the camera in right direction, is is recording it anyway!

That is what I think happens, I might be very wrong!

I’ve been tempted to get the pocket 3 with creator bundle for the battery extender handle.

How long roughly does the battery last? I’ve heard mixed things about it, which seems mostly fixed with a battery pack & the battery handle.

The battery life is not huge but when you have a fully charged handle it is easily enough for a 6-8 day of Vlogging.

That sounds good enough to me.

I think if I get a camera it’ll be this one. I’m now just trying to decide whether to take the leap & go for it, along with the learning curve in editing etc that will come with using it.

We went through this process. We are currently editing our vlogs now. Release soon. We are using Capcut. It’s a free editing program and works really well. We have a Mac book air. The whole cost was just short of 2k with Mac book air camera external hard drive also. Even if nobody watches our vlogs we still have a lovely videos to watch on our channel. We always film our holidays for home watching. For us it was worth it
