Westgate river ranch & rodeo

I just can't make my mind up whether it's worth the effort to go here just for the Saturday night rodeo. It does seem a pretty long way to drive.

I'd be really grateful to hear from anyone who has attempted it.

We went last year when we were there and it was a really great night well worth the drive, it took us about 45 mins we stay in Davenport so depends where you are staying. We really enjoyed it and its something different to do while you are there.

That's good to know. We are aslo staying in the Davenport area. 45 minutes doesn't sound too bad as it looks a lot further on a map!

I e-mailed them and they said you just show up. Apparently it starts at 7.30pm every Saturday night. There is a web site and it lookslike you could probably make a day of it as there are other things to do.

we have booked,to stay oct 22nd,which is a saturday,just for the 1 night,after a recommendation on here.really looking forward to it.
we are planning to arrive midday,so the grandaughter,can go horse riding & the hubby golfing.
will make a nice change & is something new,we have never done before
