Panettone ideas ?

Someone bought us a beautiful Hamper for Christmas and one of the items was an infused Prosecco Panettone. We don't usually buy these as to us, its just a stodgy cake.

Any ideas what I could do with this please, no Bread & Butter Pudding please as we hate that.

We've made this before. Despite the name it's not bread and butter pudding as you'd know it:

Unfortunately B&B puddings of some variant are all you are likely to find, what with panettone being, essentially, bread. You can't escape that.

we Just slice and toast it spread with butter and it�s a very tasty fruit loaf!
