Ideas for packed lunch but I can reheat
Due to changes at work I need some ideas that I can reheat as a packed lunch but unfortunately I have dietary requirements which are as follows:-
I can only eat white meats such as chicken and turkey but I can tolerate ham and bacon. Absolutely nothing spicy not even a hint. And definitely no onions or garlic. I'm also limited on vegetables has to be no skin and no Pips so generally have carrots cauliflower and broccoli. I'm quite happy to batch bake and freeze but need to be able to microwave at work. Any suggestions are gratefully received many thanks Forgot to add that I I cannot eat anything raw and uncooked i.e. salad which I missed terribly Edited at 07:29 AM. |

Macaroni cheese, cauliflower cheese with added chicken and broccoli. It’s pretty easy to make chicken fried rice and you don’t need to add any spices, you could add some suitable veggies to it also. Spaghetti carbonara using bacon and without the garlic. They all can be batch made then taken frozen and cooked through in the microwave. Hope this helps

Also, you could make a chicken burrito type of thing with rice, chicken veg, then top with cheese so that it goes melts when heated.

How about a fritatta (Deep omlette) with all the veg in you like. Can be eaten hot or cold.
