Transfers from CDG - TGV/RER/Shuttle

Evening all,

I just wanted to get some advice from more experienced visitors, we have booked our flights to CDG in September & been looking at ways to get from CDG to DLP (2 adults 2 children).

We will be arriving around 8:50am and have been looking at the TGV train, RER line, Shuttle and private transfers.

What has everyone had the best experience of previously in regards to ease/cost.

Does anyone know if there are many uber drivers that would make the journey at all?

Any thoughts you have would be greatly received.

Thank you

We used RS Transport. They were excellent, driver was waiting in arrivals for us and in plenty of time for return. Very reasonable rates too.

I’ve used 3 methods of travel to/from CDG-DLP and the other from DLP to Paris, so...

Easiest is private transfer. Depending on price, it may be perfect for your group. Collected at arrivals and on you go

The TGV train will take you from the station to Marne La Vallee station in 9 minutes. It can be pricey but might be worth it. It can take you 5-20 mins from there to your hotel from there (shuttles available, they’re all walkable too)

The Magic Shuttle bus is pretty handy if you’re terminal 2. It was the cheapest method for our last trip. Would use again without issue.

RER trains aren’t recommended. It will take well over an hour and a couple of transfers in Paris. With luggage etc, it’s just not worth it IMO

For 3 we paid £90 return. We booked shared transfer but were just us both ways.

Private transfer can cheaper than TGV depending on your numbers. The disney shuttle is cheapest but sloooow depending on your hotel and their drop off schedule (it may even be quicker to get off at the first hotel and WALK to your hotel!).

We even hired a car once as we had points to burn (ended up with a tiny renault that barely fit our cases in, very funny at the time.)

RS Transports worked out cheaper than the Disney shuttle for us (38 Euros one way for two adults, whereas the shuttle would have been 25 Euros each).

They met us at Arrivals (about 5 min late due to traffic but they did get there!). Then it took 40 min straight to the hotel.
