I can't believe I've done this!

So, after several weeks of deliberating yesterday afternoon I went on to the Disneyland Paris French site and ordered my son and I Infinity Annual Passes!

My son is 6 and his reaction when I told him just blew me away. I wish I'd filmed it. He was besides himself, so excited and appreciative and I got a lot of extra Mother's Day cuddles!

And I'm still in shock that I will soon have an annual pass to a Disney park. Super exciting.

My plan is to do several short trips away over the year. Due to my Mum's health we can't have a proper/ long holiday this year, so this is my alternative.

So, my question is does anyone have any tips on getting cheap flights/ Eurostar bookings?

Is it just a case of constantly checking the websites?

Any tips welcome.

Eurostar bookings is basically get them on day of release, especially direct. For my October '18 trip I got them the first day online and it was £130 return total for 1ad 1ch. I've heard they can be cheaper if you call up and they have them available. I couldn't get them that cheap for August. I got them through magic breaks, but they weren't available online through Eurostar yet, so I assumed it was the cheapest is possibly get them for anyway. Xx

Can you order these online through the French website? When I was looking only had the option to send off by post or call up.

Yes. I did it online through the French website (and used translate function on chrome).

All I have to do now is print off the contract and sign it and send off, with a copy of my ID.

It was pretty straightforward.

Yes it is, but I don't really fancy driving if we are going just for a night.

It is about 6 hours from my home, and while I've driven more than that many times in the UK I don't really fancy doing it 2 days consecutively and it wouldn't leave us much park time.

Ah that's good then, I was looking to get some but didn't fancy calling up and being charged. Will have a look at doing online through French website.

I think the price goes up tomorrow so I'd suggest doing it today if you are going ahead.

I look for flights on sky scanner, you can set up alerts to be sent when prices change. I fly from Birmingham to cdg and usually pay anything between £80 - £130 return. I also look for flights and hotels on e bookers. Both onsite and offsite hotels. If I want a cheapie trip I stay at Val de Europe, usually ibis hotel. Otherwise I call Disneyland to get a quote on onsite hotel and compare with e bookers. I don't do Eurostar as it's too far for me to travel.
