Masterchef 2019
Just saw an advert that this starts on Monday, anyone else excited?
DH and I play 'fantasy masterchef' while we watch- during each heat you pick a contestant, but you have to choose before they start cooking so its a totally blind pick. Then whoever gets a player furthest wins. Last year I had Nawamin so obviously I was smug about that (he was robbed of the title!) |

Anyone else watching? I am not doing so well with my 'picks' so far! Was gutted Yui went out as I wanted to eat everything she made.

I really enjoy it, some of them are very good. The only thing I don’t like is John Torode shoving into his mouth a fork loaded with too much food !

Watched the last few - what an anti-climax the final was though - nothing really stood out as in WOW... it was really flat. Thank goodness I recorded it and could fast forward through the majority of it. Don't think I'll bother with this programme again.

It was a disappointing final and we did not agree with the winner. Obviously must have tasted amazing because we thought they were the worst looking dishes of the three. We thought Jilly should have won.

I think it was one episode too long, the last one was an anti-climax. I’d like to see the finalists cook their last meal for a party of celebs who would then choose the winner.
