I’m really enjoying it. Not sure who I really want to win mind! I would love to watch the Amazing Race. I used to like watching Ewan & Charlie on their bike journeys-any other suggestions to watch?

Have really enjoyed this programme - it's has the whole family engrossed. All are worthy winners and its been great to see Alex growing up over the course of show. I think the trip will be life changing for him. I'd love to have the courage to do something like that.

I think they are obliged to do a certain amount of sightseeing.

They get given a booklet with jobs in and I suspect it has potential routes and sightseeing options in it as well.

Saying that we love the show and I want Alex and his dad to win. Or the 2 teachers.

I was trying to work out if they teachers started at the same time as the others and found a photo of them all on the starting line. So I wonder if they could have travelled further before being required. It would be strange if they’d made it all the way to China and then were suddenly dropped in the program...

the teachers took over from the asian couple who dropped out at the very start just as they crossed the channel, as the wifes mother was taken ill?

Yes I known. But what if that couple had made it further before they dropped out? Would they have flown the teachers out to a checkpoint to take over. Or did they set off with everyone else?

I'm sure they got flown out overnight to take over in the hotel the asian couple where in so left more or less when they would have left?

I think the teachers set off where the Asian couple left off. So just took over from them with the same money ect... I’m not 100% but I think that’s happened? They were like a back up team incase this happend. I don’t think they would’ve been replaced if they quit after the first leg as then it wouldn’t have been fair? Maybe the bottom promo picture included the teachers incase they were needed, where as the original picture was the official group for media purposes?

I agree it is quite likely a promo shot taken just in case.

It’s daft things like this that I spot and then wonder about.
