If the DDP ends on the 3rd then I’m thinking you’d need to check in on the 2nd.

In previous years you've been able to qualify as long as the first night of your stay is within the dates of the offer, so you should be able to check in on the 3rd and get the free dining offer. Maybe give Disney a call to double check.

Is anyone aware if the prices normally go up after releasing the free plans or will the prices shown at the moment be the same come 25th? Thanks.

I’m sure I read before that prices tend to stay the same & in some cases actually went down slightly (it’s not something I’ve ever worried too much about, just found a price I was happy with that gave me everything I wanted & booked lol) BUT with the more people looking to book in the summer months for the free DDP I have a feeling that might have a knock on affect with the prices during those months due to high demand. I could be completely wrong though, that’s just my theory.

Generally speaking to advice for booking Disney is to book early as prices go up as the hotels fill up. However with free dining your already paying the top room rate so who knows sometimes.

Looks like we’ll be staying offsite then when we go October half term-whole new planning experience to look forward too. Guess ADRa and fast passes are a lot harder to come by

So disappointed that October half term is no longer included. Think we’ll be making other plans from now on...

They do sometimes change when the offer is released but not significantly. Some go up slightly, some go down. They don’t change after the offer is released but some room types sell out and it looks like prices have gone up as you’re left with the dearer room categories.
