Without a doubt, Cape Cod, specifically Chatham. I could live there. ...

North Conway in the White Mountains, New Hampshire. We stayed in buttonwood inn which was a lovely little b&b.

Haven’t got a favourite as such but we would like to return to New England.

We enjoyed West Yarmouth in Cape Cod, Bar Harbor in Acadia and Bennington in Vermont. Lovely areas. We also visited Chatham when we were in Cape Cod and had a really nice day there.

Kancamagus highway in the White mountains plus a drive up Mount Washington very scary but worth it at the top.

Ogunquit, Maine is beautiful. Although we enjoyed the area this year. We did a 3 week road trip from Boston and back this year and loved it all.

I was born there! It is a fantastic place to visit but a bit quiet for most in the winter.

White Mountain area is stunning, and as Kevco says the drive up Mount Washington is well worth doing. North Conway is a lovely little town to either visit or stay at, but we blagged a cheap rate for the Mount Washington Resort, iconic hotel. We also enjoyed a visit to the Canterbury Shaker Village, very interesting and peaceful. Cape Cod is brilliant (also big Chatham fans here!) we stayed just after the end of the season and it was lovely and quiet. The National Seashore is lovely, try to have a stroll on Marconi Beach, beautiful!
