Sequoia Lodge Closed 2021?

I've booked for Sept 2021 by calling the booking line. They said they will still be working in the externals then but it will be open.

My sisters and I all have reservations at SL for 10th-13th Dec 2020. When I called today to check they said SL wouldn’t be open and that they could move me to NB at the same price but only had availability 11th-14th. So I changed my booking but when my sisters called to do the same less than an hour later they were told that SL might be open in Dec and could only move to NB by paying the difference. I don’t understand!

I have phoned three times for our dates in December and they have told us no availability. Majorly p’ed off to be honest with you since they didn’t bother to contact us at all about moving. They now want to move us to Cheyenne and pay more money than we originally paid for our dining plan (we originally booked with free dining and upgraded to premium) since they refuse to honour free dining.
Desperately wanted to go but the whole thing has been so frustrating we’re just tempted to sack it off now.

Maybe wait till Art of Marvel is announced and try to move there?
