We've booked the Maingate Lakeside for the first two weeks (cheap n cheerful, close to the parks) then Guy Harvey Outpost in St Petes for the 'rest' week. It's our third "one off" trip to Florida. We love it. Can't wait to see the new rides - Seven Dwarves mine train will hopefully be open then, plus the new simpsons area and HP expansion in Universal. I'm probably more excited for Florida than Mexico HAHAHA

Yeah the 7 dwarfes mine train should be open. Aswell as the London section there building in Islands of adventure. I know the feeling getting excited lol!

We are staying here in December for three weeks. We stayed at the Azul Sensatori last year which was lovely, but had a problems with restaurant staff not knowing what they were doing.

We are staying in the Akumal part of GBP in August 2014. I was wishing I'd booked Florida again instead but am pleased to hear the recommendations. The monkey sanctuary place sounds great.

You'll have to do a trip report! Do you know there's a Facebook site with loads of people's pics on, just search for el dorado seaside suites and join the group! People who are there now update it.

Yes I know about the group I joined about seven months ago now, it's great for people who are going to stay there or are thinking of staying there. Even if you can't find the information on there you only have to ask the question and someone soon comes along to answer it for you.
