We like the one in Nottingham, if you are in Yorkshire it would be quite close.

I'm not mad keen on travelling too far with two little ones and we are in Yorkshire.
Sorry OP for hijacking it was a topical thread for me as I was just looking last night!
We are in Leeds. We have been to Sherwood Forest a couple of times which is nearer, but we prefer the one at Whinfell Forest in Cumbria personally so we go there usually.

We are in Midlands and have been to Sherwood, Whinfell & Woburn. Not keen on Sherwood, but love Whinfell and also really like Woburn (opened last year)

Love the fact that you leave the car for the duration & love the pool area and there are lots of extra family activities that you can do.

We drove but there is a train service to Woburn which looks really good- dedicated pick up device from the train station which is only 5 mins away😄😄

We often go just the two of us and stay in the hotel at Elveden, no catering facilities but we usually take breakfast things as there is a small fridge. I do the spa morning, DH does Archery and Golf and we usually spend sometime in Bury St Edmund's. Well worth it.

For a different and possibly cheaper option look at centre parks or sun parks in Northern Europe. Can be cheaper even when add in the travel depending on where you live and get to experience Europe too.

We've been a few times prior to dd starting school but now the school holiday prices have put us off. I wish we'd gone more when we could during school time.

Love the activities and the pool complex is great. Just can't warrant the price to go in the holidays and don't want to take dd out of school.

Thank you everyone for the advice of taking a toddler! Think that sounds perfect and we can go outside school holiday so we should whilst we can!

We've only ever been to the one at Longleat, but loved it. It was just such a chilled week. We did a couple of the activities, but you can spend hours in the pool or just walking around the site and the food choices were great. Plus we spent a day at Longleat safari park which was good fun. Definitely recommend it.
