Mobile Jiko

Thinking of rejigging /cancelling some adrs to book jiko. Already doing crt and cali grill. May ditch boathouse. Although i would love jiko my husband is a bit fussy - will eat a variety of things but doesny really like random things or trying new items. Boathouse looks like he will have lots to choose from not sure about jiko? What did u eat there? Will there be somethin not too random for him to eat? I really want to go :-)

Thanks s

They do steak and chicken, I had a fantastic pork shank there last year. The menu always makes it sound fancier than it actually is. Its a wonderful restaurant, he will struggle not to find anything he likes unless he is exceptionally fussy.

IMO the best restaurant in Disney!
I had -
Grilled Wild Boar Tenderloin
Nigerian-Spiced Pork Shank
Ghanaian Chocolate and Kenyan Coffee Pot de Creme

All perfect!

Check out trip advisor, it's one the the top five restaurants on Disney property, and a family tradition for us..In fact I just watched Disboard Bob rating it his number one...P.S...If your hubby enjoys steak, ask for the fillet with Mac and cheese with the red wine sauce, it's no longer on the menu but the chef will do it for you...I've never tasted anything so awesome, steak wise, in all my life, it leaves the Wagyu standing..

The BF of DD had the steak last year, said it was better than the Yachtsman.

Another Jiko fan here ... Jiko beats Steakhouse hands down... I agree with above poster - the filet with mac and cheese is out of this world... best restaurant on site in my opinion. Wasn't overly impressed with Boathouse didn't think it was worth 2 TS credits.

I agree about Boathouse.
Don't get me wrong, the food is lovely.
But, more of a 1.5 TS meal, just hard to justify 2 TS.

We loved it. Review in my 2016 dining review link in my signature. My husband is fussy and had the 10oz filet with housemade macaroni cheese.
