We've paid OOP and used dining plan credits for both Mama Melrose (twice) and the Brown Derby (once). We really liked the food at Mama Melrose and we like the peace of mind of the seating - always got there 30 mins before and had a great view.

This year we are paying OOP again and going back to Mama Melrose. My husband liked the steak and I really like the starters. Desserts aren't up to much on the package though. We felt though the food at the Brown Derby was infinitely better, it took too much time out of our day to eat there, plus its too expensive OOP this time.

We did Mama Melrose paying OOP for the Fantasmic package and will be doing it again. We really enjoyed the steaks and starters and our server, who was lovely, brought us sparking wine when she saw our anniversary pins. The seats were great and no queuing!

haven't dined anywhere else on Fantasmic package yet but as forced to go school holidays both times have had walk up times of (not in a million years) or over 2 hours wait. Waiting area chaos but restaurant so good good, been blessed with great servers never felt hurried great food booked a return visit for this year as really appreciate the 3 courses plus the seats - did NYE in 2013 as a Fantasmic package as will never forget the rugby scrum we witnessed for seats ! Would love to try HBD but want to save dining credits and Star Wars Pennines of other days ...

We are doing h & v fantasmic breakfast package on a non emh morning. We have no interest in the Disney junior characters but wanted to be in the park early so can get son signed up for an early Jedi training slot. We are also there at a peak time so will hopefully and get the fantasmic tickets and do Jedi training in the morning leave the park and come back early evening. We didn't really want a 3 course lunch in the August heat as no dinner times for mm available. Did look at hbd for an early dinner but would have had to be back in the park too early.

I haven't been yet but I was originally thinking of FP Fantasmic but after some research I realised that yes the seating is better if you have the dining package and you don't need to get there as early either. So we changed to a Mama Melrose late lunch package.

Yes but the dessert is a set sampler and not very good.

Just going to do it as FP this year. With spare credits I would be inclined to go for H&V.
Have to agree about the food.
