account frozen

I dont believe it! My account was frozen as i was logging into it yesterday when we were 7 months out. it says it hadn't been accessed in a while (not true!) and that it was for my own safety.

Has anyone else had any issues? It keeps saying to check my email for a password reset, but nothing either.

I have contacted support to see if they can sort it for me.

Yes this happened to me the other day also, I phoned member services and it was sorted. I actually phoned the IT number first, but they put me through to MS.

Check your junk email folder for the password reset email btw, that's where my one went.

Exactly the same, had been logged on for most days over the last few weeks and logged on again just a few hours later and received the same message that I hadn't logged on for some time. The email link they sent didn't work so had to call to get back on line, if your link dosen't work then suggest calling at noon when I think the Tec dept opens.

I tried to login into my Disney experience and it didn’t recognise me, so I’m now locked out of my DVC login page and not getting an email any idea who to contact

I've had this three times in the last couple of weeks,very annoying!

I called MS when this happened yesterday. I was calling anyway to add on a few nights to my existing reservation, as of course I was unable to do this online due to my account being frozen. An extra few mins on the phone and all was sorted.

I got locked out of DVC and MDE yesterday but the E Mail to reset it timed out as I was busy Dibbing

Whilst I was waiting on the phone for Member Services to answer I managed to sort it myself - just as they answered!

I have the same problem, will have to phone tomorrow. It’s ADR’s day next Sunday don’t want any problems next week.
