Ah of course. I’ve been one on & off over the last 17 years. Generally I’ve mentioned that I’m considering renting, then get pms so never actually had to advertise them.

We use him all the time and very easy no hassle experience for years.
70% paid on booking and the remaining 30% is sent once guest checks in. Never late and always very very communicative.

We are currently using David's to rent 94 Poly points, the comms so far have been great and it seems we have a renter within 24 hrs.
Waiting to see what the next steps are but so far so good.

We had a great experience booking but cancelling our stay due to all the goings on hasn’t been so easy! Stand to lose out $1000 at the moment! Have asked if they can ask the renter to transfer to my DVC account even but so far no response!

Wow. If you are a member and they are a member I wonder why they didn't do the transfer in the first place.

Out of Interest why didn’t you transfer in the first place?
