I have no holiday to plan so lets get Christmas planning !

I am planning to make a Christmas quilt. I have everything I need so just have to make a start. It is no good leaving these things to nearer the time as shopping etc. takes over.

I've bought a December birthday present today (playmobil fire engine from John Lewis). The birthday is the week before Christmas so does that count? Also picked up the Playmobil Christmas Bakery from JL to be used in a themed display.

Well because we had to cancel Disney we are off to lapland in December for 5 days instead 😁

Conversation with my mum 2 days ago

Mum.. going for her walk on Saturday... I'm going to the local shop to buy some Gin, do you want anything?

Me.. neither of us drink gin, why are you buying it?

Mum... Your sister does though and there is a special offer on this weekend, so I thought I would start the Christmas booze shopping

Me... Its June and there are still travel bans and quarantines and all sorts, just cos she has booked a flight does not mean that they will get here for Christmas

Mum... I know, but its never too early to start Christmas shopping
