So can you reserve more than 1 park per day? We've managed to reserve a park for each day next June (hopefully won't still need to reserve by then) but is there an option available for more than one park.

No, park hopping is not allowed. You can leave your booked park, but you can only then go back to the same park. This is how it is for the time being. At some point in the future it might change, but with the current state of play that is how it is

I suppose that article certainly infers that park hopping will be reinstated at some point but under the current restrictions it is definitely not allowed:
"At this time, Guests will be able to select one park per day; visiting more than one park per day will be temporarily unavailable upon the reopening of the theme parks due to attendance limitations"

Still fail to understand the logic of selling a hopping ticket in a non hopping world. There would be plenty of angry hoppers if they could not hop.
Do Disney have a crystal ball? It would be better to make a single park reservation ticket valid for all parks on that day if restrictions are eased and things get better. Disney332

Park hopping has been suspended but it is expected to return as covid-19 restrictions are eased. This is why Disney will be selling Park Hopper add ons for 2021 tickets.

Just to clarify...
This does not apply to UK Ultimate tickets. Currently you can't buy 2021 Ultimate tickets on their own from Disney's UK website. You can buy them as part of a package though. You used to be able to buy UK tickets on Disney's UK website for 2021 until around 6 days ago. Also, until now, the US Disney website has not sold tickets for 2021. At all. This is the first time it's sold tickets for 2021. That last point is interesting because it means, up to now, the majority of US guests have not been able to book park reservations in 2021. They haven't had any tickets.
