Sausage mash and beans.

We had Richmond "thick" sausages. They tasted fine, but they had obviously been on a diet as they have definitely shrunk. Packet of 8 was 410g. Really noticeable.

Pork satay curry recipe from the latest Asda magazine. Made with pork loin steaks which had probably spent too long in my freezer! Would try with chicken next time.

Spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread tonight... cheats version , tesco meatballs with a jar of dolmio, feeling tired today.

Sea bass and fried potatoes and tomatoes. I sprinkle some chilli flakes on the sea bass.

Sweet and sour slow cooked chicken with rice and spring rolls and then pineapple sponge pudding,(pineapple left over from making sauce!)

As it’s just Ian and me tomorrow for dinner it’s slow cooked venison sausages in red+wine and juniper berries with shallots and mushrooms creamy garlic mash swede ( turnip or Neep in;our neck of the woods ):with loads of black pepper and oh heck some of the sprouts from last week that had seen the first frost
