2020 ticket advice and best guesses

So we are off to Florida in July.

We already have our Disney tickets as part of the free dining deal.

However, it is looking likely that my Step-Daughter's boyfriend will be coming out to stay with us for the off site portion of our trip. I'm very decisive when it comes to my money but not so good on advising others how to spend theirs!

He is looking for a 14 day ultimate ticket and I have advised him to pay a £10 deposit with Orlando Attractions which I think he will do tomorrow. They are £397.80. Is this good advice or do the majority think he should be waiting for the Black Friday/Christmas sales? He wants the pay a deposit option as we are still waiting to find a sensible price for his flights. If he buys through Orlando Attractions is it simple enough to link to us on MDE so we can book our fast passes together at 30 day rolling?

Whilst I'm at it. I am looking to buy the 14 day SW/AQ/BUSCH tickets for all of us. Currently £524 for three adults and 2 kids? I think that's pretty decent but should I push the button or wait a week or two? Not fussed about a deposit option and I will probably by the Step-Daughter's boyfriend's too.
