20% Booking Incentive

Finally got through to TUI today to re book our April holiday, I didn’t want to wait any longer for the credit voucher as we wanted to make sure we got a Windsor hills villa and premium seats.
Well after explaining why I didn’t want to wait and telling the lady on the phone I wanted to rebook we got down to re booking. We had paid nearly £13 thousand for our original holiday and as I thought we got 20% discount I was sure it would be no more for next August, well I was totally wrong turns out it’s up to 20% and we were offered 10% I immediately told her to forget it and send me a refund.
She then says just one minute while I call my manager 5 minutes of waiting and she came back and said her manager had managed to knock off over £800 which meant we only had to pay an extra £600, I know it’s more to pay but it is 16 months away and we upgraded to a 6 bedroom villa instead of townhouse.
We are happy and can now have a new count down to look forward too.
