Would I be right to assume that if my outbound is cancelled but they don't cancel my inbound then I'm still entitled to a full refund? Want to be sure before I start poking the hornets nest.

Yep return flight cancelled from MCO, 3 October. What an absolute s---show this is!
Can you apply for a refund on the VA website or do you still need to call, text or WhatsApp? Also, can you change your entire booking to an open ticket on the VA website or is that the same story? |

Just had our flight out on 3rd October cancelled ... am assuming I can request a refund even though the return is still showing ...
Time to WhatsApp and see what happens ... will then try calling next week , but if after 7 days not had any progress I will be going down the chargeback route |
