Trusted travel agents

we are looking for Flights August next year (I am aware we are still a month away).

We can see some flights with Flight Trotters (never heard of them), good proces.

Anyone know of these, and if we start a list of travel agents that have been great with refunds, it would be most helpful.

I haven't heard of them. Have you googled reviews of them? In the Current Issues section there is a thread called 'All Travel Companies - Refund Experiences'. It was started in April and is ongoing.

If you go into the thread (which I did before posting above) you'll see that the latest posts are 4th September so it is updated.

I would not put any company between myself at the airline at this time and def not an obscure one. The savings are just not worth the headache if there's changes, cancellations etc..
