first choice special assistance

we went last year to florida with virgin holidays and found that they were fantastic with son who has special needs and uses a wheelchair, just wondering what first choice are like because their prices are coming out so much cheaper. Any help and advice please.

We have flown to Orlando with First Choice and they were spot on with their special assistance, much better than Virgin for us.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
