It's really nice with banana and custard flavoured muller light then chopped up bananas in it. I mix in the oats as prefer it that way.

The muller light toffee one is nice too with banana in, makes it like banoffee pie!

What do you have for breakfast that you are hungry again by 09:00! I eat breakfast at 06:30 and don't eat again until after 2pm.
Here's a fabulous overnight breakfast; Put a tablespoon of sunflower seeds and a tablespoon of whole buckwheat in barely lukewarm water and soak overnight, drain and add fruit and yogurt. The lukewarm water makes the seeds just start to sprout and they are lovely and crunchy without being hard and full of vitamins. You can do it with naked oats as well (they have to be whole ones though not rolled!) but you have to wash these well after soaking. |

I use Danone light and free peach and passion fruit flavour and layer it with strawberries and the oats. One of my fave breakfasts

1/4 cup Oats
Agave Nectar - couple of teaspoons 1/8 cup chia seeds I pot of 0% fat greek yoghurt (I use Total as it seems to be much nicer than the own brand stuff) Splash of almond milk to help 'smoosh' together Add either raspberries or blueberries - or both! Iowa Girl Eats Tropical overnight oats are fab: iowagirleats/2010/10/05/b...ast-your-vote/ Also peanut butter overnight oats are AMAZING but a bit more calorie heavy: centercutcook/peanut-...vernight-oats/
