Exclamation Disney Topcashback Not Tracked!

For those of you who's cashback didn't track straight away, how long did it take to track after you'd sent a claim?
I'm asking because we booked our WDW holiday over 2 weeks ago now through Topcashback & it didn't track so after the suggested 7 days sent a missing cashback claim, then after another week a nudge & still nothing!

It can take months (3+)

However, WDW are usually a reliable payer so no need to worry just yet

Not sure but I wish I'd gone through topcashback when I booked as I never seem to have any luck whenever I use quidco. My missing cashback still hasn't tracked with quidco since the end of January. It says allow 6 months but doesn't give me the option to send a nudge like topcashback.

I never normally have issue with Quidco apart from Disney when booked in 2019 (for 2020) they said it wouldn’t be locked at until after the travel dates. The hol never happened (November 2020) it was finally looked at and declined due to it being cancelled in Jan this year. Our booking last month has also not tracked again. Everything else’s we buy seems to track ok on Quidco or topcashback.

Finally had this message...
I have amended your claim and this will be submitted for review in our next batch of claims.

Claims are submitted weekly, fortnightly or monthly dependent on the retailer’s network agency.

Once submitted we then need to wait on a response. This can take between 1-3 months, but from time to time it can take several months for us to receive a resolution.

We will update you once we have any further updates for you.

I hope your claim goes on to be successful.

So just got to wait now, fingers crossed.

yea it was just that I hadn't had a response for so long, but now I have so at least I know they're looking into it now

This is why we went through Topcashback this time after so many people complaining Quidco hadn't tracked!

I don’t know if this makes a difference but we used my blue light discount and the terms of that staged no cash back site could be used with it. Just thinking if you used blue light and top cash back it probs won’t track. If not I’m sure it’ll

Well it's finally tracked and confirmed, just need to wait for it to be payable now which will take up to 14 weeks!
