Starter is usually continental meats smoked salmon olives and shaved Parmesan Main is slow cooker Spanish chicken dessert Creme Brûlée
Or 3 chocolate refrigerator cake with raspberry sauce |

It's an ancient recipe of my mothers ill,dig it out for,you basically it's a layer of white then plain then milk takes a bit of time but best made 48to 24 hours before hand

A good pudding which is really easy to make is nigellas chocolate steamed pudding. I can’t attach a link but if you search the recipe is available online. Very yummy.

My go-to mains are braised venison casserole, ducks legs in red wine sauce or stuffed chicken in parma ham.
Starters and dessert vary but pudding is usually something prepared in advance like a cheesecake. If I need inspiration, I usually turn to the BBC Good Food website. Feeling hungry now! |

Very true. We have and we do.
I remember when you had smoke detectors fitted that were voice activated. They turn off when someone shouts "Janice is cooking".
